In many occasions life brings us to a certain point where we just can’t seem to have the strength nor motivation to get ourselves “up & out there”. It can be million reasons -work, family, age, love-life, lack of them, modern-life, & the list goes on & on… non of them truly matters since the bottom line is you’re doing nothing, and that very nothing creates more nothing that creates even more nothing that leads to problems that “somehow” refuse to go away, regenerate themselves into the very known ancient-modern phrase that is called my friends- “vicious circle“.
So how do we get rid of this obnoxious bastard?
First of all, we take it one step @ a time!
acknowledging that there aren’t shortcuts in life is very vital to our well-being for the long run. That doesn’t mean you need to “work hard”-no no no, it simply means that growing patience is awesomely rewording.
Yes there ARE ways to feel better by the “tick-tack” method – but out of my experience they never truthfully work plus proven themselves as highly expensive (look up rehabilitation costs 😉 ).
So step 1 : Breath … inhale gr8 amount of air & exhale. This isn’t a joke! bare with me. Do it again… come on, I’m waiting… Inhale…………….. Exhale……….. Inhaleeeeeee……… Exhallllllleeeeee…….. close your eyes, take one last deep breath & get it out. slowly … perfect.
I know what to do… I was there. Now if you let me I can & will do my very best to show you the way … to a different way of living, to a way of actual living…to your well being
